These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.sarascollections.in(the “Site”) and any related services operated by Saras (“Company,” “we,” “us”). By visiting the Site, creating an account, or purchasing a product, you (“User,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site.

1. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

1. You must be 18 years or older (or using the Site under the supervision of a parent/guardian) to make a purchase.

2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during checkout or account creation and to keep it updated.

3. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.

2. Products, Pricing & Availability

1. Product Descriptions – We strive for accuracy; however, colors, dimensions, and other details may appear differently on your device.

2. Pricing – All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice but will not affect confirmed orders.

3. Stock – Product availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items.

3. Orders & Payment

1. Order Confirmation – After you place an order, you will receive an e‑mail acknowledgement. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the product.

2. Payment Gateway – Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store full card details.

3. Verification – We reserve the right to verify identity, request additional information, or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, stock errors).

4. COD – Cash‑on‑Delivery (where offered) is handled through Shiprocket partners and may incur an additional fee displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

1. Service Area – We currently ship within India only.

2. Courier Partner – Orders are dispatched via Shiprocket’s network of carriers.

3. Dispatch Time – Typically 1–3 business days from order confirmation; peak seasons may extend this.

4. Delivery Estimates – 2–7 business days depending on destination. These are estimates, not guarantees.

5. Risk of Loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

6. Tracking – A tracking link is e‑mailed/SMSed once the order ships.

5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility criteria, timelines, and step‑by‑step instructions. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to that policy.

6. Promotions, Coupons & Gift Cards

1. Promo Codes – Must be applied at checkout; cannot be applied retroactively.

2. Stacking – Unless stated, promo codes cannot be combined with other offers.

3. Expiry – Coupons and gift cards expire on the date stated in the offer.

4. Abuse – Misuse of promotional codes may result in cancellation of orders or account suspension.

7. User Conduct

You agree NOT to: - Use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.

- Upload or transmit any viruses or harmful code.

- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Site or its servers.

- Post content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on intellectual‑property rights.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, software) is © Saras or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian copyright, trademark, and other laws. No portion of the Site may be reproduced without our prior written consent.

The Site may contain links to external websites. We do not endorse and are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices. Access third‑party sites at your own risk.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

All products and the Site are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Saras, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product(s) in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Saras, its affiliates, and employees from any claim, demand, or damage (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or rights of a third party.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, or network failures.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Darbhanga, Bihar.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
