Replacement & Cancellation Policy – SARAS


Effective Date: 1 August 2025


This Replacement & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs the process for order cancellations and product replacements for purchases made on www.sarascollections.in  (the “Site”). By placing an order, you (“User,” “you”) agree to the terms set out below.


If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, please do not use our Site.



1. Order Cancellations

  1. Eligibility – Orders may be cancelled by you before they are shipped.

  2. Process – To cancel, you must log in to your account on our Site and request cancellation directly from your order dashboard.

  3. Refunds – If payment was completed, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider).

  4. Exceptions – Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for replacement under Section 2.



2. Replacement Policy

  1. Eligibility Window – Replacements are accepted within 3 days of delivery of the product.

  2. Valid Reasons for Replacement – You may request a replacement if:

    • The product is defective, damaged, or significantly different from its description.

    • You received the wrong item.

  3. Conditions – Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging, tags, and invoices.

  4. Process –

    • Log in to your account on the Site and initiate a replacement request through the customer portal within 3 days of delivery.

    • Upload clear photos/videos of the product highlighting the issue.

    • Our support team will review the request and verify the claim before approval.

  5. Return Shipping – No return shipping charges will apply. Once approved, reverse pickup will be arranged at no additional cost.

  6. Replacement Fulfilment – After the returned product is received and verified, a replacement will be dispatched within 5–7 business days, subject to stock availability.

  7. Non-Replaceable Items – Certain categories (e.g., personal care items, intimate wear, customized orders, clearance/sale items) may not be eligible unless defective or damaged on arrival.
