How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 2–7 business days depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via SMS/email after shipment. You can also log in and check “My Orders”.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes — COD is available for most locations with a small handling charge of ₹40.

What is your return policy?
As a small growing brand, we only accept returns for defective or incorrect items within 3 days of delivery. For all other cases, you may exchange your order within 3 days of delivery.
Are return pickups free?
For valid damage/defect returns, reverse pickup is free. For all other returns, a reverse shipping fee up to ₹60 may apply.
Do you provide refunds?
We offer store credits instead of refunds, redeemable on your next order. Credits are issued after product passes quality checks.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be cancelled before dispatch by going to “My Orders”. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
